Introduction

The Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) is developed by the Social Welfare Department, Punjab and the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). This mobile application facilitates the registration of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs), operations of Model Children Homes (MCH), and Shelter Homes/Dar-ul-Aman (DUA).

The application provides quick and secure access to stakeholders without requiring desktop systems. It includes features such as document scanning with built-in cropping and secure data handling.

Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation
Uploading, sharing, or storing inappropriate content involving minors
Any activity that endangers the safety or well-being of children

Any detected violation will result in:

Immediate removal of the content
Suspension or termination of user access
Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities as per applicable laws

We are committed to complying with all applicable child protection laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) of Pakistan.

Information Collected

The application may collect necessary permissions including PHONE, CAMERA, SMS, CALENDAR, CONTACTS, LOCATION, INTERNET, SENSOR, STORAGE, and MICROPHONE to provide core functionality.

Information Use

Information is used strictly for processing user requests and improving service delivery within DPMIS. Data is handled securely and in compliance with relevant data protection laws in Pakistan.
